1. Do you ship to my country?

2. My country is not on the list. Can you ship to me?

If your country is not listed, we are unable to ship to your location. This decision may be due to the high cost of shipping or our payment provider, Paypal, may not be fully supported in your location.

3. Why don't you ship to my country?

4. How much for shipping?

5. How long will it take to get to me?

6. Will I have to pay import taxes?

An import tax may be due when your receive your products. Most time there's not tax for your package,and we cannot estimate the cost of the taxes. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Can you write "Gift" on the box so that I don't have to pay taxes?

8. I want to pay with my Visa/Mastercard/American Express credit card. Can I do that?
